The detailed plan of the site foresaw three longitudinally shifted blocks. The proposed solution joins the blocks in a single monolithic volume and therefore offers a significantly more space and energy saving approach.
The monolith has two entrances shaped as a cut out from a large prismatic geometrical body which serve as an awning at the same time. The cut outs give the monoliths a lighter image, some more playfulness stems from the carved common and individual loggias which alternately open in all directions.
Ground plan gives an optimal ratio between the living area of the building and its community dedicated parts. It divides the multitenant building into multiple separated units with a common access to the apartments.
